The A-Way Team Does PBJs for the Poor and Carols for the Elderly!

We cordially invite you and your campers to join us in a special night of giving back to the community!

When: Wednesday, December 9, from 5:30-8pm

Where:
Camp Alvernia’s cafeteria, then Carillon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Who: Camp Alvernia campers of any age

What: We’ll start off the night making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to be given to feed the poor.  We’ll have pizza together for dinner, then sing Christmas carols.  After singing for a bit, we’ll head over to Carillon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, where the campers will get to sing their carols for the elderly.  Note: if your camper is allergic to peanuts, you are welcome to join us for dinner and caroling only

We are limited to the first 35-40 campers who sign up, unfortunately, so please RSVP as soon as possible!  Tell us the names and ages of the campers who will be participating, and the names of any adults who will be attending.  We will need parents stay for supervision and to help us carpool to Carillon.

Hope to see you there!
